The On-Track Program is designed to support students on academic probation or those identified as academically deficient. Its goal is to motivate participants, build success skills, and address common barriers to achievement. Through a blend of interactive seminars, one-on-one mentorship, and personalized engagement opportunities, students connect with campus resources and develop strategies to regain satisfactory academic progress in future semesters.

The program is facilitated primarily by peer On-Track Mentors with guidance and support from the On-Track Coordinator through the Student Success Center. Participants typically commit 12–15 hours throughout the semester, which includes attending seven large-group lunch seminars, engaging in bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with their mentor, completing up to three hours of personalized success activities, and participating in coordinated study or review sessions.
