Student Multimedia Producer- Media Services

Missouri S&T’s Media Services team is hiring a student for multimedia productions to support livestreams and video production. This role is a good fit for students who already have some experience with cameras and editing and want to build real production skills in a professional environment.

You’ll work with our team on two main areas:

• assisting with single‑camera and multi‑camera livestream events
• supporting video capture and editing tasks for campus projects

Responsibilities

• Assist with livestream setup, camera operation, and event support
• Serve as a runner during live events when needed
• Capture video of campus events, interviews, and b‑roll
• Edit short videos as assigned
• Occasionally help capture short‑form content for S&T social channels from a student perspective

Requirements

• Experience using a video camera and the ability to operate it manually
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong reliability and clear communication about availability for livestream events
• Photography or audio experience is a plus
