Student Assistant

Job Summary/Purpose: The main purpose of the job is to maintain classrooms, answer phone calls, and help customers solve issues within the classroom.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

● Answer the phone and gather information from customer

● Help customer swiftly and efficiently

● Able to move small loads around campus

● Work with Zoom/Panopto/Teams

● Change out computers and other equipment

● Do routine maintenance on classrooms

Preferred Skills

● Problem Solving

● Basic knowledge of computers

● Communication Skills

Requirements

● Must be a student at MS&T

Hour Requirements: Part time (20 hours or less)

Preferences

● Has a valid driver license

● Can work mornings (9am)
