Sales Assistant

McBride Homes is looking for Part-Time Sales Assistants to work in the Rolla area at our Highlands community.  With 1,008 closings in 2024, McBride is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately-owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine.

Must be available to work Tuesday/Wednesday and or Wednesday/Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Pay rate is $14.00/hr.

The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills are required.

Our Sales Assistants greet potential home buyers and give out information about the community including information on the various floor plans offered and the unique features available.  You will help keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized. You will meet a variety of interesting people, and no day is ever the same.
