Job Description
- Acquisition of required legal and security documentation for software
- Maintain, transfer, and update software records in multiple locations
- Email folders
- Spreadsheets
- Internal database system (SWAM)
- Update the ticketing system with information for customers, Software Management team members, and other IT teams
- Evaluate the software intake questionnaire for missing information needed to complete the request
- Create knowledge base articles and training documentation
- Receive and inventory computer related purchases for campus
- Other office, administrative, or computer-related support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Substantial communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and update data in a timely manner
- Ability to download, install, and test software applications when required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Forms, and the ability to use (optional but preferred)
- Capability to lift or maneuver objects up to 25lbs
Schedule
- 12-20 hours per week during the semester
- 35-40 hours per week during breaks (spring, summer, etc.)
- The standard schedule is between 8 am-5 pm, but the hours are flexible
- Availability over the summer is desired
- Must be available to commute/work at the Phelps Health Annex location or other on-campus locations as assigned.
